Fulbright Program

I finally had a chance to catch up on some news today, and as I was going through the NYTimes email, I came across this story. As a Fulbright recipient, I feel frustrated that other people are not going to have the same kind of opportunity to study, despite the fact that they are uninvolved in the conflict in their region.
